| Marie Parris has been investing in property since 1994. She started to build her own property portfolio whilst she was working full time! She is the founder of George Ellis Property Services. A company that started providing highly factual and unbiased property investment seminars to Landlords and would-be-Landlords but has since grown organically into offering a unique letting, management & consultancy service to a varied client base – which includes single property Landlords to financial Plc’s. Marie is passionate about property and gets results for her clients and believes, owning buy-to-let property can be disastrous if you are not equipped with the right information.
Today and for the last nine years Marie manages her portfolio herself without the help of expensive traditional letting agents and shows other investors how this is possible through a series of talks and property articles that she writes. Marie is a Property Consultant, Writer and Speaker. She is an accredited Landlord (LLAS) London Landlord Accreditation Scheme. A Member of (ARLA) Association of Residential Letting Agents and a member of (NLA) National Landlords Association.
She is also a recent member of the Association of Professional Inventory Providers.
