David purchased his first property at auction in 1983, and spent 10 years developing properties, many bought at auction. In 1990 he founded the Essential Information Group (www.eigroup.co.uk) to report on property auctions.
David is regularly interviewed by the press for comment on the property auction market and works closely with the Auctioneers to promote the industry. He is author and co-author of several market leading reports and often provides background information and statistics on auctions for the media and trade.
