Paul Farndon B.Sc.(Hons) FNAEA CRLM - Paul has many years experience with rental property, having entered the estate agency profession in 1971. He later took on his own insurance brokerage and estate agency business and qualified as an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) in 1995. Appointed an NAEA Assistant Business Practices Officer in 2002, Paul holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Business Property Management from Sheffield Hallam University. Paul is now concentrating on delivering tailored training courses to both Residential Letting Agents and Private Landlords, although he still retains a Residential Letting Agency in South Leicestershire.
